Student information is not given out over the telephone.

To verify graduation:

        Fax your request to the Registrar on official company letterhead.  Our fax number is 714-843-0541.

        Include a release signed by the person for whom you are seeking information.  We do not accept         email requests or electronic signatures.

Official transcripts cost $5.00 each.  To order a transcript:

         In person, during school hours, check in with the Receptionist who will direct you to the Registrar’s office.

         By mail, send a signed letter of request to

For identification, provide a copy of a valid picture ID such as a Driver’s License.

Give us a current phone number in case we need to call you with a question.

Include your date of birth and the name you used in high school.

Provide a mailing address for the transcript.

Include payment - a check or money order made out to Ocean View High School.

Your information is confidential, and all paperwork is held with other confidential records until destroyed.
