Transcript and Work Permit Info - Summer 2009 Instructions and forms are now posted on the HBUHSD website under “Student Services”. We also have information extensions that students, former students and parents can call if they do not have access to a computer. They must dial the HBUHSD phone number 714-903-7000 Ext 6000 provides information for transcript requests Ext 6025 provides information for work permits. Hard copies of both forms are available at the receptionist’s desk at the district office.
